Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

1. Government has to take responsibility to provide the clean water to each and every citizen of the country with ease. After all we are in the 68th year of the independence. If we are not able to give water to the citizens than how the citizens will love their country and why? 2. And if water and clean water is not available, than how we talk of building a nation of high standards?

We are proud to be an Indian but it seems to be no government rules in Manipur. All groups can do everything whatever they like. Meanwhile, the Naga tribes call indefinite economic blocked from 4 Septembe'14 but all the oil pumps were closed since 2nd September'14 so all the people are very hard to get oil. But it is regularly available in Black market at the cost of Rs.120 per litter of petrol. Our inter village road at Langdum, Imphal East does not look by the state government since 20 years

Dearest Pradhanmantriji, You have taken all the good initiatives, We are very much thankful to you and salute to your vision. I am mentioning the required changes with reasons, I am pasting it in parts due to words limitations, please take a look - 1. Value the time of the citizens, don’t put them everywhere in queue. 2. Don’t waste their valuable time in the process of filling of typical tax returns, consumer bills, government procedural work.

3. Don’t waste their stronger mind in understanding typical government policies. Make them easier. 4. If they will earn easily, they will pay easily so make their life easy. 5. Don’t look the citizens with the eyes of lion to finish them. The government should work on the policy of “of the people, by the people, for the people”. The people are not thief but the system promote them to do so. So change the system not the people.

7. Motivate the government employees to contribute for their country in terms of honestful work or service. 8. Motivate the people to love their country. 9. Use the media to motivate and give the people new ideas to ease their life, to do some new, to create, to innovate. Use this strongest media to make the strongest country not to disclose of the scandals only.

10. Stop the media to circulate bad news again and again. 11. Promote the media to circulate the best things happenings in the country most. 12. The reason for lack of development of India is just because its citizens have no reason to love it so develop the conditions to love this lovely country. 13. Give so many reasons to the citizens to love their country as in Japan.

Dearest Pradhanmantriji, You have taken all the good initiatives, We are very much thankful to you and salute to your vision. I am mentioning the required changes with reasons, I am pasting it in parts due to words limitations, please take a look - 1. Change the education system. (To build, to create, to innovate, to ease, not to make consumer) 2. Change the competition environment. Why we promote our child in the environment of the fear. Give them the open sky to fly.

3. Make an environment of every chance for every one. 4. If they will earn easily, they will pay easily so make their life easy. 5. Make a single standard education system for all the citizens to make all the citizens capable and not the single one. It means a system to develop the moral of the citizen, to make them strong, not giving fear in their mind. Every school with the same standards so that the small lovely child doesn’t travel all the year.

6. Please make only one thing free in this country that is education and all other things without subsidise or without freebies. 7. Make the education system for skill development, and everyone should have some skills. Don’t complete education for just counting of numbers only.
