To encourage JAN BHAGIDARI and to make the procedure of budget formation transparent, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2017-18. As you may recall, this has been a regular feature on MyGov for the last two years.

Citizen from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of the budget making process. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

Last year we had an overwhelming response with over 40,000+ suggestions for Union/ Railway budget. Several of the suggestions received on MyGov were incorporated in the last year’s budget. To know more about these, click here.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th January, 2017.

Increase in number of slip trains for remote area instead of starting new trains. Originate trains from remote stations, instead of starting from major stations. eg. manmad-mumbai train should start from dhule or change its origin to bhusawal. All short distance trains should stop at every major station. eg. Mumbai-Amaravati train should stop at Manmad, chalisgaon, pachora so that commuters will get more options. IR has so many trains on track, but need to reschedule some trains.

निवेदन :भारत देशके सभी सुरक्षा संघटनोमें भोजनकी शिकायतोंको हमेशा के लिए खत्मकरना है? तो सभी रैंक को ऐक राशन,ऐकलंगर प्रावधान ईमानदारिशे स्वीकारकरे! भोजनकी शिकायत खत्म करना है? सभीरैंक को सामान राशन,ऐकलंगर प्रावधान स्वीकारे। देश के लिए मरसक्ते है,तो ऐकजैसा खाना ऐक साथ क्यों नहीं ख़ासकते ?

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर आपको अवगत कराना है कि पूर्वी उत्तर-प्रदेश की स्वीकृत एवं बहुप्रतीक्षित नई रेल लाइन आनंदनगर,घुघली वाया महाराजगज की परियोजना को आम बजट 2017-18 में पूर्ण बजट आवंटित कर रेल लाइन बिछानें का कार्य वर्ष 2017 में आरम्भ करनें का प्राविधान करनें का कष्ट करें जैसा कि यह क्षेत्र अतिपिछड़ा है। महति कृपा होगी।

All the Contract Base Employee Shold be Provided minimum salary 15000 per month and Amount wolud Transfer through Direct Benefit Transfer. According to Govt. of india policy account no. should be aadhar seeded and agency removed between employee and department. salary payment transfer on the basis of d.d.o/dept. head/office of head working report through online paperless process. and otp generating system provide to the all respective officers.

My suggestions attached on how Government can collect higher STT(Securities transaction tax) and CTT (Commodities Transaction tax) and at the same time increase volume and depth of Equity and Commodity markets in India and stop exporting volumes in these 2 segments outside of India.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर आपसे निवेदन है कि बजट 2017-18 में दूरदर्शन में एक रेल समाचार चैनल का आरम्भ करनें का कष्ट करें।इस चैनल के आरम्भ होनें से हिंदुस्तान के कोनें-कोनें तक आम जनता को ट्रेन की समय सारणी के साथ-साथ रेल से सम्बंधित हो रही विकास योजनाओं से भी लोग अवगत होते रहेंगे।

HONORABLE PRIME MINSTER, I APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS FOR THE " CLEAN BHARAT WAVE." ONE ORGANIZATION WHICH IS DOING GREAT EFFORTS IS " SULABH INTERNATIONAL " I undeerstand that Swachh Bharat Cess is not being utilized. Why not give this Cess and reponsibility to "SULABH INTERNATIONAL" for faster improvement. ALL MARKETS SHOULD TAKE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM ABOVE ORGANIZATION FOR REASONABLE PLACE FOR TOILETS. ONLY AFTER THIS CERTIFICATE, ELECTRICITY & WATER CONNECTION BE GIVEN.
