Honorable Finance Minister, Govt. had done a GREAT job by starting UAN no. for PPF account. Simplified the system. In order to create awareness for Social Security, specially for the old age after retirement, Please make National Pension Scheme [ NPS ] as Exempt/Exempt/Exempt format similar to PPF. Best Regards/ Puniit Gupta

Provide for Municipalities to sell dry and wet garbage bags that are mandatory to be used for waste disposal. Offer bags in 5 kg / 10 kg /20 kg capacity. Waste disposal in any other manner to be fined heavily. This will segregate garbage at source - generate revenue for waste disposal and make our cities clean. Scrap Swachch Bharat Cess, as no one knows how this money is spent. Instead, make people pay for cleaning services, and reward them for cleanliness.

Dear Mr. PM, Finance ministry and whole team, 1.In current circumstances, it is not possible to make mandatory for all vendors to have at least one cashless system but we should make cashless payment only way for buying( by theke, shopskeepers) and consumers of acid(Tejab), alchohol (cigarette, bear, sharaab), by this we can have track record of who purchases when! please think about it. 2. Set limit of cash with which you can travel freely, like with 5 Lacks only.

GIVING TAX EXEMPTION AND YET INCREASING TAX REVENUE Additional INR 1 lakh deduction allowed 80C, but only if the said income is received in a new kind of digital savings account. Cash can only be deposited into this account, never withdrawn. A transfer from this can only be made electronically into another digital savings/current account only, from where again cash can NEVER be withdrawn. Thus, roughly 1 lakh crore every year will now go digital forever earning tax on each transaction!

Add a 15% waste surcharge to total bill for food wasted in restaurants - a spoilt habit of urban elite who order too much food and waste a lot. Same can be added to buffets / weddings / private events etc also where the caterer or service provider can adds the surcharge if food is wasted. Such a surcharge will automatically clean cities as there will be lesser garbage

Tax relief must be provided to parents who have adopted children - just like relief provided for care of differently abled wards. This is to encourage legal adoption, as also to subsidize cost of raising kids through adoption - that often entails expenditure on learning aides, counselling, root search, psychological conditions and medical situations unique to adoption.
