Well Recharging: Today we have subsidy scheme of well recharging. But because of lot of paper works and harassment from gov officials the farmer is not opting for the same. The scheme is not that much successful what we have thought of. If government itself initiate the process and does the actual work with government expenses it will save lot of money and will help in increasing revenue of the farmer by least 1 lac a year. This has not achieved by any government in last 60 years.

There are lot of existing industry subsidies for backward districts/areas which are no longer remained backward. E.g. Aurangabad dist in Maharashtra, Sindhu durg in Konkan, Gadchiroli in Maharashtra. There has to be timely review of the schemes/subsidies started 10-20 years ago. Once the scheme fulfill it's goal, the subsidy or scheme to be stopped and apply to somewhere else.

Dear Sir, 1.Its high time that all the post office accounts now be digitized even today the entry are being done with pen in passbooks and all the work is done manually. 2.Post office accounts should have online facility so that people can transfer, withdraw, deposit money from modern means. 3.This will be a huge step towards Digital India and help the citizens of the country. Solar Water HEATER – Distribute FREE Actual cost Rs 6000 & 11000 For 125 L & 200 L. Current Govt subsidy is 4800 & 9600. Still consumer pays 8000 & 13000 after subsidy. Huge margin in chain from producer to consumer. If run like LED program, will surely bring price below 4000 (less than subsidy amount) Govt can supply it freely will be a Boost for Govt image & saving in electricity & Kerosene used for water heating in villages. Instead of importing, attach it to make in India campaign
