3. Railway-The ticket collectors in trains should be not be allowed to issue tickets in trains as they are filling their pockets in stead of filling the coffers of IR.They should be be provided with high speed communication devices for uploading the passenger present lists and the vacant seats should be filled as current reservation either thr. net or thr. subsequent stations. The number of unoccupied seats in each class should be displayed even during the train running.

For education-As there is craze for English medium education even in LIG,they are being exploited by private schools in the name of English medium education by charging exorbitantly and it accounts for a lion share of earning of LIG family.Though the education is in combined list of both govts (state/centre) The central govt should either ban private education upto primary/secondary level or open english medium CBSE schools in PPP model without any reservation in teaching staffs.

The central govt should initiate an family health care insurance facility in line with ESIC.In ESIC there is employer share and employee share. For ordinary citizens both the shares should be combined, payment should be made by individual depending on their income declared in IT return. For non IT paying category, there should be minimum fixed amount that should be paid every month/year and it should be linked inflation and revised every year. For very poorer section, the govt (s/c) may pay

Tax payer are claiming deduction under section 24(b) of IT Act, more than bank rate of Interest i.e. @ 20% to 30% for Interest on Housing Loan borrowed from relatives and claiming the deduction from Salary Income through Employer Salary Payment Route.
CBDT should specify maximum Rate of Interest for claiming Interest on Housing Loan U/s 24(b) of IT Act, otherwise it will be misuse by TAX Payer.
