TO ENCOURAGE DIGITAL PAYMENT MODE YOU CAN GIVE INCOME TAX EXEMPTION ON ALL TRANSACTION MADE DIGITALL,THIS WAY WE CAN SAVE TAX AND LOWER THE TAX SLABS THEN EVERY ONE WILL SHOW PROPER INCOME IN THEIR RETURN,TO TAKE MAXIMUM BENIFITS,FOR EXAMPLE IF A PERSON EARNS 1000000/- AND SPENDS 500000/- DIGITALY HE HAVE TO PAY TAX ON 500000/- @ 10% = 50000/-,AND WE PAY TAX ON EVERY THING WE BUY,SO THIS IS WIN WIN FOR GOVT. AND CITIZEN OF INDIA,AND TO BE MORE CLEAR ONE MAN ONE ACCOUNT RULE SHOULD BE IMPLIMENT

TO ENCOURAGE INCOME TAX RETURN,I WOULD LIKE OFFER SOME SUGGESTION,AS WE ARE PAYING ALL THE TAXES WHENEVER WE BUY ANY THING,THROUGH DIRECT OR INDIRECT TAXES,SO FIRST WE HAVE TO PAY INCOME TAX,AND THEN PAY TAX ON EVERYTHING WE USE OR PAY FOR,AND THE SLAB ARE SO HIGH FOR INCOME TAX THAT NO ONE IS WILLING TO PAY PROPER TAX.
SIR I THINK YOU SHOULD PLAN THE TAX STRUCTURE IN AN EASY WAY SO ANY NORMAL PERSON COULD UNDERSTAND IT,AND WE DON'T NEED TO RUN TO C.A FOR EVERY LITTLE PROBLEM WE FACE

1.like cheques cash can also be made with limited validity period like 6 months or 1 year.this can be done at banks and atms where money is drawn by a customer. This will discourage persons to hoard money. When they come back to deposit money above a certain limit day 2lakhs in 3 months banks can be alerted to ascertain the source of cash with strict provisions.
This will automatically lead to lesscash economy and benefit honest people and curtail dishonest hoarding of money.

Need to have permanent Senior citizen Pension scheme based on Aadhar Authentication to provide a living on minimum interest rate of 9%. Senior citizens are government's responsibility and interest should not be tied up with Money Market.

Simplify Tax structure to maximum extent. Demolish complex tax saving rules. Keep a single tax filing form for individuals and another one for businesses.
Implement Arthkranti proposal to include all of its recommendations. You may introduce Banking Transaction Tax 1-2% after demolishing or substantially cutting down the Income Tax to 5-7%
You should permamantly discontinue higher denomination notes and maximum denomination should be 100 Rs or you may introduce a Rs 200 (Two hundred) Notes.
