Dear Sir,
Please allow early deduction on home loan EMIs: Deduction for interest on home loan is currently available only after the buyer gets the possession of the property. This means the benefit begins several years after the buyer gets the home loan and begins paying the EMIs.
This deduction can be given right from the payment of the first EMI.

1. do not tax savings interest in banks. People save money in banks with the intent of honesty and this is like penalizing for being honest.this is especially tried for honest government servants whose income to the last rupee is accounted and income tax deducted at source.
Taxing the savings from such honest persons besides being unethical is also a case of paying income tax twice. Please think about it.
2.cash disbursed at banks and atms can be date stamped with a validty of 1year.
