Please exempt all the disabled people from paying Income Tax. very small number of disabled people may be paying income tax as of now. If you exempt all of them, Good message will go to society towards the govt. This may not affect the income tax collection much.

Request you to ease the opening of Current Account in the bank for new business. The Banks ask for a govt. document in the name of the firm - ie either muncipality licence ( which requires fire noc and a premises) , or shops and establishments or any other licence issued by govt. The new entrepreneur in service sector ( no service tax upto 10 lakhs ) or an established entrepreneur has to run from pillar to post for one govt. document in the name of the firm and gets frustrated.
