Socio-cultural tourism is aims at educating the tourists about the rich and varied Adi culture and educating the residents of Pasighat of the principle of “athithi devo bhava” and its economic implications. Home stays should be encouraged for this purpose. During the festivals of the Adis, the tourists should be encouraged to participate in “Delong Poknam”, “Ponung Nunam” and “Ponung Moman” to have a wholesome experience.

Labour market models are useful both for labour market analysis and to help to design labour market information systems.
