How to determine the future training needs of the labor market in developing countries is a question that has confronted manpower analysts and educational planners for decades. There is no easy solution simply because no-one can forecast the future and, therefore, what labor demands are likely anymore than one can predict stock market movements or future economic growth rates. This has not stopped people from trying.

Disposal and Solid waste management remains a major problem in and around Pasighat and hence, major steps need to be taken up regarding waste management.Just building dustbins around the city will not make the City clean. timely Clearance of waste materials need to be done.

Proposed redevelopment in the city is best part of the mission as most of the buildings are old buildings and out dated. First of all High Region area from General ground to Mirmir area are to be brought into. It would be about 15 sqr km sufficient for some development purpose.
