We bring to you this wonderful news that our city-Pasighat has been selected under 23 fast track cities by Govt. of India and we need to submit the revised plan by 15th April 2016. As we know that we worked very hard in our previous attempt however unfortunately we missed coming in the first 20 list of cities and finished at 39th rank - missing by just 3 points. Let us take this as a positive feedback that we were very close to winning it and were far ahead of many other big cities.

Looking ahead, we need to work on the gaps identified by Govt. of India to revamp the proposal. One of the key weaknesses identified is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat) analysis. Here, specifically, Weakness and Threat needs to be more elaborate. We have uploaded a discussion page on mygov portal about this aspect of proposal and need support of people of Pasighat to come up in big numbers and contribute towards this discussion. Let’s brace up for this challenge and work with renewed and reinvigorated spirit in the direction of making Pasighat a smart city.

In Pasighat some people have technical skills some people, have analytical skills, some people have physical skills but we never put this skills in making things and some time not give the right compensation also. Because of this people are unemployed in India. So we have plan for utilize this resource in proper manner and give right compensation to the worker, employees etc.

I want to share a very important issue please read it. This issue is related to cleaning of drains. Every year government passes money for delinting of drains but problem is not solved that is as same as rain comes every year and flooded condition occur. This can be solved by using machines but in the modern scenario that work is done by labor which is not good for their health

The blames of this doesn't goes to the education system it goes to the government who are not utilizing their revenues in building better career aspects for our skilled persons. There must be a organized scrutinizing systems in order to acquire or know peoples skills and use them to improve India image from developing country to develop country obviously by providing better opportunities and salary that these people deserve.

City growth is not entirely unregulated as reported in the earlier proposal. District Administration is coordinating all developmental activities in the city. Only RoW are to be maintained strictly.
