Only then the citizens can come back and see how much their suggestions have been taken into consideration. Lifetime pension for one tenure of politicians is gross injustice to the rest of the government servants who have to put in minimum years of service, not less than 20 years, and drain on public exchequer . I witnessed an incident yesterday: One person bought the Badam Shake from as "Haath gadi wala" on sinhagad road near santosh hall. After consuming it he could not find any system to dispose the plastic cup hence he disposed it to the nearby place on road where already garbage (vegetable garbage of roadside sellers) was lying on road. Another person saw the same and commented on the lack of system for cleanliness. We need system in place for such things, but what system?

When we talk about cleanliness our thought process get stuck with two things: 1) Government asking citizen to use dustbin to throw waste 2) People asking government to put dustbin in every 100 meter Above two steps are indeed good starters, but we its time we move to "Waste Management Process" in every area. E.g. - Hospital, corporate offices all should have waste management process of their own or an outsourced one authorized by government. No Plastic should go back to earth.

I have this idea from long time. How about gift coupons, offers which can be redeemed in common public toilets. Which will help people to get it for free and reduce pollution out side on the roads. These points can also be donated to construct toilets, keep toilets clean etc.

Cleanliness can be ensured only if made a way of life, not only a movement. The sweepers of Meerut(UP) are on strike and they not only stopped cleaning but dumped garbage on roads and dead animals were hung from traffic signals. i think urban pollution can be decreased by introduction of electric vehicles. and every bus-stop can be used as charging stations by plotting solar panels above the roof so that solar energy can be used for charging. i request our govt. to ask the scientists for the possibility of idea.

dear Mr.Modi. i think there is another way of making our country clean, its just an advise which might actually work in our country's favour, since the stats show that BJP has some 100million followers around the country and whosoever has joined the party may be assigned a task of getting cleaned in their vicinity and spread the word thats how we involve people in the first place and they be suitably rewarded. i take the example of ur election campaign the way u got the general public involved
