There should be an way to link to use the urban area unused government related buildings for government advertisement.

Urban cleanliness requires more initiatives from central/state/municipality and all such government employees.If the unpainted government/municipality buildings exists near/in the bus stands,they could be used for advertisement of government programs. To enable this,list of such places could be identified and listed,and the list of government schemes which needs advertisement also could be listed.And separate governance team should exist to link these two.Online systems could be used for this...

I have already mentioned on this forum that to have a successful cleanliness campaign in both rural and urban areas, the local govt should install dust bins in every nook and corner of the city and village. This will be the first step towards cleanliness drive.

Honourable PMs vision and mission of clean india is an appreciable thought.I think like corporate social responsibility if prime minister promotes something like religious social responsibility for clean india, beti bacaho beti padao and mission toilet.our temples, churches, mosque, mutt, gurudwaras and religious bodies can influence upon the general public by first keeping them clean and contributing financially a portion of the revenue earned by them. can our PM motivate them on this?

Clean India campaign should also include corruption issues. Vigilance Awareness Program and Single Window Public Mobile Helpline (for drug, corruption and other grievances) is need of the time. Anti-corruption Tribunal is a must.

Along with construction of school toilet, need to concentrate on the maintenance of public toilets in the city.

People have to have self discipline about keeping the place clean. They should not throw garbage in public place. In Hyderabad, One can see men relieving themselves on the side of busy roads. One can see posters, banners, flags, etc. pasted all over the cities and villages. The local governments simply ignore these. In addition to educating people, there should be proper enforcement of rules. Rule violators must be punished. Then only the swacch bharat scheme will work.
