As Gov provides approval for the sale of Alcohol it may effect an increase in PANDEMIC. so, sir, my point is The Gov has to provide direction to the Vine shops that they have to maintain the Adress Registers of Consumers.

It is a matter of investigation that whether there was an On-Site Plan or Off-Site Plan or not? Whether this type of situation of gas leak was ancipitated in that plan? Who prepared the plan and if any rehearsal of the plan was actually carried out

The gas leak at LG Polymer plant at Vishakhapatnam and loss of precious lives is quite unfortunate. As per reports, when there was gas leak, immediately the siren should have been sounded to warn inside plant employees of an On-Site Emergency and when the leak could not be contained and it went beyond their boundaries, siren should have been sounded to declare an Off-Site Emergency to warn people living nearby villages. But there does not seem to any evidence of any alarm. Was it a negligence?

When a settlement starts growing around a big company, no government agency checks it. When it grows to an extent that it can not be removed, they regularise it. When this grows bigger, it chokes the company which is the basic reason of their existence

When an industry starts, there is little population around it with no facility making it difficult to run a company. As company grows, settlement around grows and then residents start complaining about company and term it recipe for disaster. Again making difficult for company to function. Maruti company in Gurgaon when started there was nothing around and after shift buses there was nothing to go home. Now area around congested to the extent that residents presurising company to move
