I think the Digital India initiative has great potential. It should be used to develop video-conferencing facilities in villages and small towns. Once connected, children and youth can connect to people like us who are willing to lend our free time to teach and motivate. People like us could help with reading, writing, basic maths and science. Professional teachers/professors should also be incentivized to undertake classes through the web-conference mechanism. See attached video for an example.

എല്ലാവര്ക്കും തുല്യ അവകാശത്തോടെ പഠിക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കണം.primary school സ്കൂള്‍ പഠനം കൂടുതല്‍ ശ്രദ്ധ ചെലുത്തണം.also make good and stable under graduate level studies and systems. വിദ്യഭാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ ഉയരുനതിന് ഒപ്പം താനെ കൂടുതല്‍ നിലവാരം ഉള്ള അദ്ധ്യാപര്‍ കൂടി ഉണ്ടാവണം.if the teacher is educated it doesn't mean that he/she is eligible for teaching. it's based on his/her quality of knowledge, quality of teaching and capability.also make a good system for education and education department.

We must teach skills to earn along with general education because marginalised youth have major problem with weak economic background

I think firstly there shoulb be awarness among villagers about how important is education today.And mainly where the literacy rate is really poor at such places there should be atleast teachers and govt.officers toh make xpeople aware about it

Yuva me agar education level up karna hai to hai government teacher ko private teacher se kaise padhaya jata hai uski training leni chahiye aur private teacher ko ek farmer se training leni chahiye

Interest, will fetch u to increase the litersy rate. Reading book only will not fetch u even. Start the education system which take out the unique talents in every one reading book will not featch any thing experiment in lab will fetch every things. Select the teachers who encrage the students not the teachers will make the students to baihart the concepts ....

we have to change the entire Education System. we have to work from the grassroot level. we are seeing the results of this bad system as unemployment. we are providing free education to students but we are not increasing the effectiveness of our system. we also have to create job opportunities for persons. We have to care about equal chance they get for Job.

I strongly believe, launching a television channel for kids, like we have for farmers, where kids are taught some basic Maths, Science etc subjects would help. Not only this, if we have some cartoons for kids teaching them some very basic things like cleanliness, washing hands, bathing daily and stuff. Also, teaching them some basic manners like standing in queue, not spitting / peeing in public etc. This will inculcate good habits in kids and they will become better citizens.

upgrade govt school.remove those private school who work for only money....on make deal that all private school have to adopt a govt school.... We wont be developing by increasing our literacy rate. We have to give them a strong basic... people who know to write their name is in literacy group...this is not gonna help in any condition....i would request that basic should be improved and then we can focus on or skill and entrepreneurship development... thank u MR P.M
