improving literacy rate should not mean,giving a certificate or full pass.the things which i am seeing in my day to day life is forcing m,e to say that the quality of education in our country is really poor, i feel really sad to say this. I am from Kerala, in my state all the students are given a pass till 10th standard even if they are not deserving it(i would say even if they don't write the exam) what is the need for this. The student's reaching 10th std are not really eligible for that.

E-Techno Govt Schools in every nook is the best medicine.In AP & South Indian states, Narayana & Chaitanya has schools at every nook of the cities & towns fully crowded with Huge fees collections. With Digital India programmes E-techno Govt Schools reduce Govt exp on salaries, since many of the teachers work well in Private schools than while working in Govt Schools. By e-techno schools, same quality education for every one with no bias , discrimination upon children based on gender, caste, etc.

To make a school as better experience for students is a key . Moreover marginalised students have incentives in other activities than school.For example Taking care of family, child labour, like minded peer group. To take them out from such environment by making school a better place and hype of schooling on media. Give them better respected life by society is a good incentives. Also same time discourage elements which are disincentive.

The strictness against children should be little increased.so the discpline in the students remains for longer time.Also every student must be made relaxed by arranging some kind of picnis,cultural programs,speeches against ENVIRONMENT,SAVING TREES AND CONSUMPTION OF WATER etc.

Sir,the Government schools must be more developed and preference should be given to government schools. for better education each and every school should run CBSE PATTERN.

Respected pm government must encourage state government to have an eye on the functioning of govt schools in rural areas because good talent and mind lies in this region

Dedicated teachers and dedicated pupils without any interference May achieve the target of literacy with skill.

To define the marginal literacy system in our school/college/university we can establish as per our choice but the problem is to implementation the guidelines.India is a vast country we respect each and everything but as we know the corruption has rooted in our thoughts as now these days we are hearings that in UP we can get easily NOC by spending some money the same thing is here in literacy indian record of govt will show that we has achieved our target.

To make education cost effective. Presently, the car loan is cheaper than Educational loan!!!

MORE AND MORE GOVERNMENT OR GOVERNMENT-AIDED SCHOOLS MUST BE SET UP IN INDIA SO THAT THERE FEE STRUCTURE BE IN THE REACH OF THOSE PARENTS WHO REALLY HAVE ZEAL TO EDUCATE THEIR CHILDREN. ALSO SOME DEDICATED TEACHERS ARE NEEDED WHICH I FEEL INDIA HAS ENOUGH RESOURCE OF.
