9. World's oldest civilization The Great Indus Valley Civilisation was in INDIA and we don't have a single college that provides graduation in archaeology or paleontology. There are many courses like this which is not taught in India. Emphasis should be put on that also. 10. Next comes the research sector on which Govt. of India puts less than 1% of total economy which in developed countries is more than 20%. 11. Also a centralised portal should be maintained to monitor the private colleges.

8. Next comes the fact that there are not as many as good colleges as the total number of students passing 12. IIT and NIT combined has 15,000 to 20,000 seats in contrast to 8 LAKH students applying for it. Same goes for medical courses. The other sectors are not to be mentioned because there are not even 2000 seats for each sector. good colleges are a serious need to provide better undergraduate education.

6. Similarly in education wing there should be a district head who will conduct competitions, monitor student response and ensure that not even a drop of talent is wasted. 7. The question why a parent should send his ward to a govt. school can be answered by putting emphasis on the above mentioned points which can boost both inflow of people towards govt. schools and trust of people towards the govt.

5. Keeping yoga cum sports trainers in each school can help the students to know the way of life n importance of sports. Also these trainers should have a district head to monitor them and to know the hidden talents those can be given special training in a centralised district training centre. This will help in both draining out the hidden sea not pool of talent which is not getting the right stage to express and inspire the parents to send their wards to the govt. schools n not the private ones

4. Next comes the importance of good teachers. Without a good guide a traveller can never enjoy and understand the path even if she/he reaches her/his destination. Teachers should be better trained and screened and a strict check should be kept upon them to ensure that they just don't come and go but do what they are being paid for. This can be ensured by sudden visits to the schools and friendly talk with students to know what they are taught and what they expect to learn.

2. Secondly emphasis on making students and teachers regular. This can be achieved by installing bio-monitoring devices which can be centralised for a district and strict rules and regulations must be followed. 3. Next emphasis should be to make the students understand why they should study instead of working in the field or cooking or doing household chores. What change can education bring in their lives. How they can bring a change that can help those in need including their family.

literacy and education are two very different terms to improve just the literacy will not be sufficient but it is true that first requirement is to be literate then move towards being educated. 1. The most important part of Indian education system is that provided by the government. Comparing the govt. schools and the private ones a person can deduce that students in govt. schools come for mid day meals not to gain knowledge. it would be much better option to modernise these schools.

The students studying in schools should be sent to spread the importance of education in backward areas.

Make sure the youths know the concepts right from the base instead of the memorization habit. Make sure the youths are educated and disciplined to differentiate between what is right morally and ethically versus what is wrong morally and ethically. There should be no reservations among classes. Calling for equality by making reservations for certain sections is actually creating inequality. I do not understand how come the ministers have not yet realized this.
