We should keep our education system, beginning from primary school to university, above politics, so that, students and teachers can focus on knowledge generation and knowledge sharing and not on winning elections. Currently, in our college and universities, even high-schools, too much time gets wasted in elections of different kinds, which create unnecessary bad blood; students and their study suffer. We must not forget knowledge itself is power, without knowledge no power.

Policy of Teachers Recruitment should be clearly laid down by the Central Govt. for all the State Govt. Their should be a Teachers Recruitment committee in the every State and It should consist NGOs/PRIs/ULBs/State and Central Govt. Representatives. All the NGOs/PRIs/ULBs Representatives should have 50% power in selection & should be selected from online voting by the concerned State. Interview should be completely removed from all the Recruitment of Govt.

First of all, attention must be paid towards those who are already in primary schools.Teachers must be qualified and should have knowledge about how to create interest among students. Secondly,as drive for polio drops are organized, same must be done for searching for children who are not getting education. If teachers are not possible, then distant learning programs must be used and a mentor must be provided.
