Firstly, discuss with the state govt. as they play pivotal role is this area. Employ young people and arrange for cluster housing & security so that they stay at their place of posting and take interest in their job, Secondly, come up with central schools under PPP model for all the districts of the country, Third, there is no quick formula for change; it definitely needs to be a plan of 15-20 years, Fourth, agressively use newspapers & television as mode of communication with the youngsters,

Every year lakhs of students form Mathe group and Bio group come out of their schools. Each math student give JEE and bio student give AIPMT, not because they want to be engineer or doctor but because others are filling those form. The reality is present youth don't know what they actually want to be, very few know. Many of my own classmates don't know their talent and they just pic up the stream because others do. We should have counseling of students so that they can know their talent.

Every year there is an increase in the number of seats and institutions of IIMs and IITs but no increase in the civil services entries. Please give an opportunity to more youth to serve the nation. It will be great if the number of seats for IAS, IFS and IPS increases.

our teaching methods are theoretical and boring. Focus is not learning, focus is getting more marks. We need practical approach for skilled youth. practical methods will make studies interesting than boring and students will be self-motivated.

all should be invited to join hands to make all literate by providing on line study material. those who teach others should be given incentives in terms of exemption in taxes, free travel paas, cash or any other favour from government.
