Firstly, by creating their interest. Lectures wont help here. We need to learn practical knowledge because theoritical knowledge is all given in the books. For eg. Children enjoy studying in smart classes rather than being taught on black board. We should create a good envio for studies, like providing a homely envio so that it becomes comfortable for every person to clear their doubts without hesitation. rather than showing them dreams we should help them build theirs....

The oldest "Guru Shishya Parampara" was one of the most effective tools for satellite education system. We should develop nodal points for education in un-reached regions with strong infrastructural support system combined with remote education style.Entrepreneurs with extraordinary skills should be trained systematically as facilitators to run such nodal education points added with the 'visiting faculty' to impart knowledge.Study be linked to means of livelihood and betterment of life.

Every degree student who passes out and wants to study further, should mandatorily required to teach in a government school for six months and every PhD student should be required to teach for one year. In such a circumstance the number of students will increase and government can provide elearning options for students in backward areas so that teachers can teach unhindered by need for brick and mortar schools

teachers are underrated in our country, period so how if we make all india teachers association,a group of teachers to be appointed by education minister.then these teachers would appoint other teachers of various regions from india based on their INTELLECT and APTITUDE.then those teachers shall be appointed to developing govt schools. PART 2 END THIS QUOTA SYSTEM.LOOK AT THE FAMILY CONDITIONS NOT THE CAST. watch the education improve..

I think we should provide good and interactive teachers in government schools. in many schools there are no teachers for many subjects which causes lack of interest of students in school.

According to me, government should provide jobs in every field with certain degree as a mandatory condition as its eligibility and make every job a pensionable one and the retirement age to be 55 years throughout the country. It will make room for new comers and young educated people to show their talent.this will definitely inspire every parent living in cities or in remote areas to get education and thus will increase literacy rate.

There are many ways to improve education system in india . I have sime points to share with you. 1 Like allahabad high court said govt kids should study in govt school. If we pass a bill in loksabha next year. It will definetly improved our education system. 2. College should be closed. Only giving theoretical knowledge India will never mske a change.Unnecessary college taking mote ees and giving nothing. 3. Reservation should be on merit basis. Reservation on salary basis.
