THE ADVANTAGE OF SHUDRAS IS ENJOYING PHYSICAL COMFORTS & DISADVANTAGE IS LOWERING OF CULTURE. BUT THRU HELPING NATURE MEDITATION & SPIRITUALITY THEY CAN OVERCOME THEIR DISADVANTAGE. INDIA'S MAJOR PROBLEM IS TO HANDLE THE LABOUR CLASS & IF THEY ARE PROPERLY GIVEN DIRECTIONS IN CASE OF EDUCATION & OTHER THINGS. THEN INDIA PROBLEM CAN BE QUICKLY SOLVED.

this may be acheived if corporates take up village school as govt pay them fee instead of those villagers, as corporates can do any thing for money as i feel they are the one who can develop literacy

Teacher training is one area where we need to focus first. They should be flexible in their approach according to the requirement of students. Main idea must be to educate students and not just be to make them pass some exams, as this will enhance their thought process, so that these students of today grow into excellent teachers of tomorrow.

The teachers of the village schools should be periodically trained and their views discussed. B.ed and Mpil students should serve in village schools before getting their degree.

Not Only Literacy, but basic knowledge of everything, that helps in widening of thoughts. Also since every place is not alike, different issue and traditions are followed at different places, new ways must be implemented for this Like: Drama, art, traditional stories and all. Those who participate, must be awarded something for their work. Else this action plan can lose its utility.

Various Campaigns must be held for recent graduates to encourage the need of education for all. Just like "1 saal desh k naam mission", freshers should be encouraged to report to a remote area(or the place where illiteracy still prevails) for a period of 4-6 months, and educate them. In return, a certificate and some internship amount must be offered to them. Also patriotism and giving a helping hand in developing India must be promoted in all educational institute.

Today we see new hope among the people of India. Though their expectations are too much in a short period. But if we really need to improve the conditions prevailing in India our first Priority should be Good Education, Value based education, Education for the nation building and not money making. Moral values to be taught in schools .May be this will help fight corruption the main reason for our progress growth

It is an urgent need that every government elementary schools should have at least two computers with internet facilities. This can be done not only by government but also by donars of the people residing nearby the schools. This will take our children high
