Secondly, the framework of education in India is a great one but what it lags is innovation. Science is growing fast so should our education system. Anything still, gets detoriated or corrupted. So, job opportunities in the field of biotechnology, genetics, astronomy, should be increased. For that a fine structure and a good system has to be established first. These are new subjects filled with mysteries and are given high priority in western countries.

Without a good teacher, it is impossible to develop good students. It should be mandatory for all teachers to take this exam and anyone without a license should be taken into custody and should punished as per regulations.

Sir, proper medical facility and education have become essential needs of the modern, but our country falls way back in this aspect. First of all, all govt. teachers are to be issued a teacher's license by the govt. after an examination conducted by the central govt. in which teacher has to take a test on subject of preference, an IQ test, a conduct test and an orater's test where teacher's way of explanation and his speech is tested.

Modi Sir, if we are on growth path we have to take all of us together. In my view below are the top concerns 1. Education reformation : Now it is a business to open a school,play school, making it popular through activities,dress code,big dignitaries & huge tution fees, where mostly the middle class people are getting suffered. If a person is spending 20% of his income in their kid education, & that too in private organization, where no regulation is there from govt, Solution : 1. Some regulation should come from govt. to regulate the tution fees, admission fees 2. This is the primary requirements of Indian citizen, can not be & should not be used as a huge money making business 3. Govt should come up with a concept like modernization of Govt school with all the amenity like private school, good teachers, reasonable tution & admission fees & marketing on the same 4. Govt can come up with new age school in all the major city. We have to take strong decisions to reform this sector. All the major developed countries have excellent education system & that too free with free medical & free medicines. Now Indian citizen are spending more in Education & health because Govt facilities are not near to the benchmark. Why we can not come up with some solutions. Hi Modi ji, The one that we must ponder upon is, 1) what do the students lack? 2) What is really necessary for a person to succeed in life? 3) Why there are more dropouts? To answer these, 1) One can succeed in life only through the knowledge or the experience gained. 2) Literacy is one of the way by which one gains knowledge 3) More the theory, students get bored soon and will lose concentration.

So the students of state gov college is percieve unlucky themself. So sir please raise the level of higher education not only IIT level also medium level because total national youth of hihger inllectual level accepted by national college

The focus on gov in school level education . The facility of higher gived by central gov is not sufficient for youth.Many student rejects from IIT,IIM so they choose state gov engineering and other college.The state level college condition is very poor about faculty,resoursesand facility.There are 700 private engineering college in up and only 7 state gov college. The unlucky student who do not qualify national level exam choose state gov college but the condion in this college is very bad

If you take a feedback from the various schools in villages, you will find that in most schools either the teachers are themselves useless or they hardly come to school but always take their pay package. Their are report of ghost schools in all villages.Government must be very strict and ensure all government servants do their job properly. Proper monitoring to be done by installing biometric devices, CCTV cameras and other electronic means.
