Literacy is need of an hour,to bring full literacy and improvement the teachers competative exam should be made more strict and relaxation in marks should not be given to other catagories .All to be considered in general catagory only by doing this we will have more competative teachers who can contribute to the education sector.

Namaste, literacy can be improved if we link a livelihood outcome to it. For instance, one who completes at least class 5, will be eligible to get in to Skill development programs. This will make them employable and will be the motivation driver to complete basic education. Also, if any one plans to start business, this education can be set as the minimum requirement for bank loan, and there should be a Govt. program to encourage entrepreneurs in rural and semi-urban areas. Best Regards, Ravi Denduluri Bangalore raviden@gmail.com

Youth is the strength and back bone of the nation. We need to encourage youth in all terms so as to reach top. Education system to be crystal clear and no corporate addiction for that. Government should explore all possibilities and arrange the best possible schools colleges so as to get admission for each and every student. All these corporate schools and colleges should be acquired by the govt and run through. There should not be any deviation in studies and students should not have such feel.

Sir, this can be achieved by bringing good administration in the schools.Today Govt schools have well qualified and well paid teachers but there is NO ONE WHO CAN take best out of these teachers. The blame here is on poor school administration. Principles/Headmasters should have command/control over teachers in line with Armed Forces. The discipline is the real key for delivery

dear sir, In our government those students who are not financially well belongs to OBC,SC,ST are getting financial support it is appreciable task doing by the government. But,Those students who belongs to general category are also not well in financial status the is also one main reason for falling literacy rate. so please support the general category students financially.
