1>Mandatory goal for every educated Indian to teach fellow uneducated Indians Per week or per month. like mandatory 15 hours teaching per month or so. 2>There are so many Educated yet unemployed youths in our country. resources and materials and salaried employments to be provided to those are willing to set up schools. 3>Increase quota for poor children in private schools. mandatory seats for admission in private schools. 4> incentives for graduates to setup schools after graduation

With the primary occupations of the country on decline, secondary occupations reeling under market fluctuations, the marginalised class of the country very much need financial literacy and investment education for their survival. This class which is traditionally dependent on bank loans and government aids, should be exposed to market investments. The total education system is underdeveloped.Most of students in villages cant even understand a news in english newspaper.They hust go to college for sake of getting marks in their studies.They are not responsible for that thinking .No school,college in villages gives knowledge.Teachers say lessons without any practicality.Students dont know anything except byhearting.No one even tries to leave that nature.To remove that nature we should deacreas the dependance of acaemic marks on job getting.

If well educated candidates are available for teaching then why u.p govt. appointed shiksha mitra as teachers? it means home guards may be promote as s.p or d.i.g? Compounder or nurse may mromote as a doctor? If tet is necessary exam for teachers why shiksha mitra getting relaxation from tet in u.p? If the government will not appoint well aducated teachers how the education system will be improve?

Namaste, I think, we need to work together to improve our education system. We can clearly see the difference between central government schools, Navoday vidyalays and other government schools. Something we are missing with other government schools. It may be related to management, involvement of people. We need to work on these basic factors. All government employees must avail all government services, like they must avail government schools for education, government hospitals for medical.

every school should be made compulsory to keep the books from the passing out students of each class for the next batch. This will not only help the students financially but also save paper usage and unnecessarily growing networks between schools and suppliers. Something simple and executable with reasonable benefits.

Education is the only way forward for a country to progress and it is not only the duty of the government but as citizens we must realise the value of education. Having said that education without quality standard is just a damp squib. Education must be policy driven in a sense that students are more innovation intensive rather than just being book worms. Innovation will be the most important aspect of our economy in the coming days
