After atleast 10th standard they should have degrees in sports, other skills,designing degrees.. so they could choose.. 11 and 12th is not that required for students going to do business and desinging jobs. Carpentors, gold smiths, diamond smiths, shoe makers, mason etc should have degrees in very less fess so they could go for that without spending huge money on 12th..

1. Syllabus should be revised And it should include practical implementation and benefits of it. For that written exams should be conducted for half marks and after that practical demo exams for half marks 2. Allowing kids to dialogue with there principles monthly 3. Every school must have projectors and computer labs and 8th to 10th standard they should learn computer languages, logical development and GK clasess and exams. 4.schools should have many activities like robotics play,app dev.etc

FIRST WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE BASIC PROBLEM OF THE YOUTH. 1. PROPER GUIDANCE - No one is there to guide a youth in proper manner. 2. LAKE OF UNDERSTANDING THE BENEFIT OF LITERACY- Some one should be there to make the youth to understand How to developed their interest in study. 3. LAKE OF VIDEO LECTURE CLASSES- It helps the students to get the clear concepts of the topics/subjects. 4. LAKE OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE- Till now almost in 70% gov schools.their lab conditions are very poor.
