Youths can be marginalised based on various factors like economic, social and political. They generally include poor youths, youths living in rural especially girls, youths with disabilities. Their preoccupation with daily survival outweight their interest in education. We have to create avenues to make education free and compulsory for these youths along with an assurance of the job on completion of the basic qualification.

it is said train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not refrain from it. to enhance literacy in our country we should adopt few measures. 1. PEOPLE BELOW POVERTY LINE SHOULD BE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LPG SUBSIDY IF THEY SENT THEIR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL ATLEAST UPTO 10TH STANDARD. 2. ON PASSING 10TH STANDARD EXAM THEY SHOULD BE PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIP SO THAT THEY CAN STUDY FURTHER. 3. RESERVATIONS IN TOP COLLEGES.
