literacy and child labour is directly connected.Untill and unless we stop child labour we can not improve lieracy.Like most of the villages parents put the child into work at agriculture land to earn some money for that purpose we have to generate more earning to the parents sot that give direct benifit to have some money for his child's education.Instead of mid day meal we can direct benifit to child with money for upto 10th std scheme like ladli scheme in delhi so that all are encouraged.

All Business leaders come forward and adopt one govt.school in villages and provide good infrastructures, Technical facility to schools. 2nd Think we must have programme at College level where each student have to go to village school and give 2/3 months free education. This programme also part of college course as training as we do in our summer training or other. 3rd Rotation of teachers from all over india so that comparison can be made at all level.4th One education board in India

Being a teacher, I suggest that reform like optimum teacher student ratio, Better infrastructure in schools, Dedicated Officers who insure the grant utilization in school are much sought. Teacher training and skilling proggrames are must. Centre and states collaboration can work out, outstation training camp for teachers in summer Holidays or other option available. CO-curricular activity all around the year will boost the student's passion to attend school regularly. Thank You

We need to shift the paradidm from knowledge based society to wisdom and skill based. Drawing inspiration from Cultural revolution of China we need to inspire educated youths to treat skill impartion as a new venture for entrepreneurship and public service. 1.Introduce skilling India and community participation as Fundamental Duty under Article 51A. 2. centres like nehru yuva kendras should be revamped for imparting vocational trainings and soft skills.

being a student i'll confess that studying sometimes feels boring. so good teachers must be hired who make the topic interesting to the students so what'll happen students shall get a grip on it and will work on it on their own. Easy at the same time quality education is required.
