Dear Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area javahar vihar colony raebareli malikmau bazzar road. it should be shifted to commercial dairy area but they stay here. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tidy area near those dairies.

Industries in the North East India (Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland etc.) worst effected for Extremist, Poor generation n distribution of power, lack of positive coordination of govt. departments and bankers and lastly negative intention of industrialist of enjoying various benefits to the industry & shut down the units.

7. The incentive shall be based on the rank scored in the above factors like 90% and above shall be treated as 1st rank and will be eligible for full incentive, 80% to 90% shall be treated as 2nd rank and will be eligible for 90% of incentive like that. Finally, we have to fix it below 50% will not be eligible for incentives. Hen only the learning skill and the other factors will get improve

4. The incentive shall vary from category to category
5. For calculating incentives, the Factorization method shall be implemented
6. Factors like Attendance, Attitude, knowledge, learning skills, ability, communicating skills, obedience, test results, periodic assessment results in case if applicable productivity etc.. shall be taken for calculating incentives contd....

Respected Prime minister Sir,
Now a days apart from the salary structure, if the incentive system is in place most of the employees will love their jobs. Hence I hereby suggest the following system
1. The incentive system shall be adopted for common to all mining industries
2. The incentive system shall be called as performance Incentive System (PIS)
