The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sir, in the Universities of Jharkhand the Teachers appointed on contract basis are humiliated and exploited by the authorities every day. They all are on 11 months contract and after every 11 months they are being humiliated. There is no rule regulation regarding their service condition and always the University imposes any rule on them. So, it is our request that the HRD of Union Govt should take initiate in this case.

Shri Prime Minister ji.---"I am Indian Muslim not ISIS or pak Muslin". Hamare desh me pehle se hota aa rha hai but aaj kal log jyada hi dharm ke naam par bol rhe h. main is young Bharat ka Young nagrik hoon.Main tho Rastradharm pehle nibhana janta hoon. phir kyun mujhe aur hume humare hi Indian bhi alag samajh rhe hai. Office me room me Train me Market me jab humare bhaiyon ko pata chalta hai ki hum muslim hai tho woh humare saath thoda alag sa behave krte hai.

More than 80% Indians r unhappy with their Income and Living Standard. We can change it in 80 days. India acquire 32 lakh KM, Organise 6400 Committees Nationwide divide each by just 500 Kms to develop taken care for. Initial 320 crores will provide each committee 5 lakh rupees to submit their problem and proposal. Committee will advise ideas to spend against revenue from the respective areas. Public will give Revenue to spend for their own development.

Skill development is the basic for the development of the nation.It must start from the school level for reaping the fruits.Students targeted at the school level for the skills to enhance the utility of our work force.Specialized syllabus enhances the prospective of both the students as well as the nation

50% of Amount coming to municipalties is going in pockets of enlisted contractors,officials , councilors & MLA's. They are raising bills for the road earlier constructed in TARCOAL now cemented & vice versa & then again bill is raised for interlocking tiles We can save that amount by asking Some senior Citizens/ true indian ( honest people) which are in very small ratio of the area, what is necessary. No road should be constructed until water drainage is made. That road can't go for a decade

sir, most of the schemes runned by our govt.had become money minting ways for corrupt people.In our town District Hospital's mortury is not having refrigeration to keep bodies . They asks to bring ice for keeping body of near & dear ones.In vetneary hospital siemen for artificial insimination is not kept on req.temp.i.e-90 degree centigrate. Mineral powder for cows & buffaloes can't be given to animals for which ou state govt.pays full amount. 95% doctors are doing private practice or refers

Respected Sir, I have turned 28 on 6th Oct.I am a graduate hardworking but unemployed youth. I had applied for a govt. job few days back bt got to know I am not eligible to apply anymore since I am 28 now.I fail to understand why is age a hindrance if someone is skilled enough to work.For eg. In politics people are serving their nation irrespective of their age.Sir do you think a 28 year old,young guy is not eligible enough to work even as a peon at your office or in govt. sector bcoz of age bar
