The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

sir there is a fund allotted to every MPs & MLAs. instead of this ask them to give detailed plan about the project & then all the projects can be put together & arrange to coordinate common project which can lead to save the project cost & fast implementation.thus the full amount can be utilized effectively.

Nearly all the developed countries encourage their students to pursue computer programming from a very early standards. They are able to produce better quality computer engineers than India. India should also introduce such courses. There is no need to provide any kind of teachers for it as all the tutorials are available at Internet for free. This would be a great step.

Mining is vital to exploiting our natural resources. It requires exceptionally hard work and there has to be a high degree of motivational inputs. For this, expand teaching of mining subject in educational institutions.Encourage concerned corporates to offer scholarships, stipends and attractive employment offers on the lines of campus interviews. This will spur the imagination of bright youngsters to take up mining as a profession. Nation benefits. .

There are two ways to give incentives - one by measuring quantity and other by observing quality and consistency. I believe incentive adherence to consistent safety and quality work (of course set to a achievable target) would lead to requisite skill traits and such workers would be a long term assets.

As a student, i just care about my career but i dont think so reservation will ever allow me to go ahead in my life. Reservation in education is the biggest drawback in India. I have no problem in reservation is other fields but why in education. If these nagative factors continues to apply then the day is not far when GENERAL will also sit on railway tracks protesting for their share in reservation. Education should always be judge by the individual capabilities not by their caste. If govt. Rea

RESERVATION Hello everyone ! The topic which i gonna discuss today is very common but just little effort from my side to convey my thought to hon'able Prime Minister of India Sir Narendra Modi. "Reservation" is now a threat in India and at this stage no politician can dare to remove this concept. I dont have any problem with the idea behind this but at one side Modi ji promote the idea of Modern India and at the same side we guys are following this old system in economy. As a student, i just
