As the mining are national property so it must have to be under supervision of the central Government and state got and more particularly Our country is is quasi federal so PPP may be considered in this field. If private is soly allowed then there may be chance of loot raj rather than development service. So my opinion is Go for PPP.

Obc

A unique programme"Doodh Mahotsav(Milk Festival) was initiated against Alcoholism on 31st Dec.2002 in Rajasthan University, Jaipur. It is an alternative way of abstaining youths from having alcohol. A great number of youth have taken oath in the Doodh Mahotsave to give up alcohol. This is celebrated every year on 31st Dec the occasion when most of the youths are tempted to celebrate New Year with alcohol. I initiated a new concept to celebrate New Year with Milk instead of Alcohol.

Dear PM Sir, if we provide necessary support of medical facility, resident facility at low cost & school facility for there children worker will less migrate, that will be key milestone for retaining talent. Industry also need to focus more on CRS activity related to there employee also, limitation of boundary for CRS activity hampers development.
