The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

People can be motivated by giving life insurance policy (self & family members), they can be provided free medical facility, transport facility, education facility to them & for their children, chance of up-gradation in their job responsibility if they do better, educate wages and allowances, provision of rewards & other monitory benefits for permanent improvement in their life standard. these all efforts can make drastic change in the whole system and its required output

kyoto as kaashi , sanghai as mumbai in ghosnao ka kya hua sir in par kuch kaam hota nahi dikh raha hai. 100 smart city . ganga safai abhiyan railway sector me kuch suvidha safai khana quality sudharne jaise jan kalyankari kaam o ka bhi pata nahi sir. umeed bahut jagai aapne ab umeed jagana band karke umeed pura karne ka samay hai.

bijli free, ek batti connection free, 5 horse power tak agriculture ke liye connection free, rice free , chunav aa jaye to daru free, manrega ke naam par paisa free, shiksha free health card se ilaj free, ladki ho jaye to 15000/- free ladki ki shaadi bhi sarkari karche par . mujhe samajh nahi aata in sab ke liye paisa kahna se aata hai. aur bechara jo thekedar 20-25% below me bhi tender lekar apna kaam kar raha hai usse imandari ki umeed. kya tumahare baa...... ka paisa hai.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आज हमारे देश हमारे समाज में जो भी समस्याए हैं इन सभी समस्याओ का एकमात्र कारण है हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था। हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था विदेशी नीतियों और विदेशी मूल्यों पर आधारित है इस शिक्षा व्यवस्था के कारण हमारे बच्चो का भविष्य नष्ट हो रहा है। बच्चो का बचपन किताबों के बोझ के नीचे दबकर नष्ट हो रहा है। हमारे बच्चे शारीरिक और मानसिक तौर पर कमजोर होते जा रहे हैं। बच्चो को रट्टू तोता बनाया जा रहा है उन्हें दब्बू और हीन भावना से ग्रस्त किया जा रहा है।

chota muh badi baat sir ji par mr. pm sir aapko ab ek do yojna aur infrastructure development jaise kaamo ko haath me lekar kuch kaam ho aisi neeti apnanai chahiye, har sectoe ko sudharne ke chakkar me kuch kaam nahi ho payega. phir 5 saal bitna bahut jaldi hoga. pata nahi chalega aur aapka term nikal jayega sir.

manrega jaisa yojna bhi band hona chahiye . pichle 10 saal se ek hi jagah ki mitti khod par wapas wahi dal dena aur 2 ghante un productive kaam karke 170/- le jaana hum jaise mehnat aur imandari se kaam kar tex chukane walo ke muh par tamacha jaisa lagta hai.

i am bkjain frm durg cg . yahan jo rice batne ka kaam chal raha hai ek to usme bhrastachar bahut jayada hai dusra uske karan log kaam karna nahi chahte. dukandaro ko aajkal worker nahi milte jo milte bhi hai wo anadi par payment skilled labour se jayada chahiye. iska dusra dusparinam hai nasha khori badna khane ko muft mil raha hai jo thoda kaam karo uska sirf nasha karte hai log . is tarah ki sarkari bato yojna ko band karna chahiye.

Sir, in these days we have seen an alarming increase in the engineering and management colleges but it's very sad to say that first class graduate degree holders of these colleges are not able to write spellings of 'Engineering" and "Management", therefore stricter norms must be implemented for these colleges which are in fact swanky showrooms. There is nothing sort of education in these colleges that's why we don't have any ranking while talking about world universities.
