The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

In the provision of Criminal Procedure Code, U/s 437,438 and 439, It should be added that if offense is up to 2 years imprisonment than bail could be granted on the basis of 3 years income tax return or this benefit can be granted by judgment of Supreme court. If we encourage this type of attraction for Income Tax Return than people will prefer or will be encouraged to file IT return. Filing of Income tax return should be encouraged by giving benefits in civil/criminal laws or court procedures.

We should sponsor many schemes for removing Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, wherein, we should award prize and money if a person/company/AOPs/NGOs/group collect the particular quantity of Garbage then local government will award or give particular money with a certificate in every 3 months and if a person or group collects10 certificates then he/it will be awarded by state government by attractive prize. such garbage should be reached at trenching ground and handover to local authority.

We should build cement/concrete big diameter pipeline with PVC coating or chemical coated pipeline parallel or similarly with GANGA with many junctions.we can permit to every industry/persons to put all waste chemical/water in it. We should keep at least in BJP`s rule that every work should be executed with high quality material as it was used and built in English rule with long life and high quality. One time high cost for best quality is better than cheaper costs for cheaper material.

I would like to write about Human resource deportation, as many of my graduated friends went to western countries to do their higher education by taking huge loans and they work their to clear the loan in few years and I think many will continue their life there only. How the Indian Education can be made attractive is the question. How can we make them work for "Work in India" or to the country.
