The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Important :- we have to educate our Indian construction or other industrial manpower to get better labour wages from his employer and i'm sure it is not costly.

.........a public relation officer in every town which can help people to get the benefit for govt. plans and policies as well there should be a call center like mobile companies in every state where local public can ask the information regarding their interest and can get the solution of their problems....sir please start this it is very important and effective idea for a better management and empowering India ...now only you can save this country otherwise god will have to come to save India

I think this site is only formality to attached with our Prime Minister for MAKE DIGITAL INDIA because there is not reply/read our suggestion, I would submit my application in P.M.OFFICE for arrange a meeting with PM Mr,NARENDER MODI JI.There was the matter of Rs.200 Crore for the INDO CHINA BORDER ROAD CONSTRUCTION FUND but we loose this chance next 8-10 Monthes. I want to meet PM of my loving COUNTRY INDIA for this serious matter.Please read and contact /reply. Thanks/regards.

Dear PM Sir, In the age of IT we are not using it in optimum basis for example its a fact that in India many people don't know about govt. plans and policies for their development as well they don't know the way that govt. works so that everything which is in public interest should be public ally open in web sites and news papers so that local people can know that how much money their govt. investing for us, and what are the plans for our benefit there should be a public...

निजी एवं शासकीय विद्यालयों के शैक्षणिक स्तर की खाई कम की जाय। इसके लिए प्रत्येक ग्राम में गणित-अग्रेजी विषय के मुफ्त टयूटर का प्रावधान रखा जाय। पंचायत, नगर पंचायत को प्राप्त होने वाले किसी भी मद से व्यय किये जाने की छूट दी जाय। ट्यूटर का चयन संबंधित ग्राम से ही किया जाय। ग्राम में नहीं होने पर समीपस्त ग्रामों से चयन किया जाय लेकिन ट्यूटर संबंधित ग्राम में ही आकर पढ़ाये यह सुनिश्चित कराया जाय। यह व्यवस्था स्कूल से पृथक हो। समय का चयन विद्याथियों की सुविधानुसार हो।मोबाईल नम्बर-09826172608

Shri Narendra Modi JI, Optimum utilization of available resources called "MANAGMENT" As detailed - 1) In each of state you should appoint one of IIM pass out or an experience private sector manager in the department of planning and development. 2) Every development planning should be in detailed publish in gov. web site as well as local news paper of the relevant area for example - Starting date ...end date name of manager and there should be process to show all the expens

व्यक्ति जिस माहौल में रहता है, उसे उसी माहौल में विकास का पर्याप्त अवसर दिया जाय। राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों में सहभागिता जैसे 5 वृक्ष रोपित करके उन्हें 5 साल तक जीवित रखने पर 2 अंक, 5 चिन्हित निरक्षर व्यक्तियों को साक्षर बनाने में 2 अंक। इसके लिए अवसर बैंक की स्थापना की जाय, इसमें व्यक्ति के द्वारा संचित अंकों का हिसाब रखा जाय। शैक्षणिक या प्रतियोगी परीक्षा में एक बार में दिये जाने वाले बोनस अंकों की अधिकतम सीमा परीक्षा के कुल अंकों का 10 प्रतिशत रखी जाय। मोबाईल नम्बर-09826172608

कृषि भूमि पहले देश की है, फिर कृषक की। एक एकड़ में उपज कहीं 2 क्विंटल, कहीं 10 क्विंटल है। इस अन्तर को कम कराना होगा। कम उपज वाली कृषि भूमि को चिन्हित कर कृषक को देशहित में अनिवार्य बैंक लोन दिया जाय एवं खेत की उपज बढ़ाने के सारे प्रयास यथा- प्लाऊ से जमीन पलटवाना, सिंचाई मुहैया कराना, पर्याप्त बीज एवं खाद की उपलब्ध कराया जाय। उपज बढ़ जाने पर उसके ऋण की राशि किश्तों में बसूल की जाय। इस सुविधा से कृषक के साथ-साथ देश की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार होगा। मोबाईल नम्बर-09826172608

वर्ष में एक बार रक्तदान करने पर लोगों को एक कार्ड दिया जाय, जिसके आधार पर उसे स्वयं के लिए या किसी और की मदद के लिए किसी भी सरकारी कार्यालय में जाने में लाईन न लगानी पड़े, इन्तजार न करना पड़े, जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ देने या दिलाने में उसे प्राथमिकता दी जाय। नेतागिरी की सोच रखने वाले व्यक्ति इसमें बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेंगे। उनकी सोच लोंगों की मदद करना एवं स्वयं का महत्व बताना होगी और बिना विशेष प्रयास के देश की ब्लड बैंकों में पर्याप्त ब्लड संचित रहेगा। मोबाईल नम्बर-09826172608

After having required minimum education person/student be sent for such skill training for which he has liking particular liking & this should be followrd particularly in mining sector non interested person/non- skilled person be avoided as well full security measures be taken
