In all government departments, including Railways, office peons and staff are deputed to provide service in Bungalows of Ministers, state officers etc. In Railways even two three people are posted in bungalows. They can be used better for railway jobs in railway offices

Beggers must be picked and kept in reserved areas outside the city and with male and women separate. Not only that, they must undergo family planning. Those dont agreeing to this, prefer begging on streets, temples, etc. If there is a ban on begging, they will accept the above conditions. They can be used for plantation, road laying etc if they agree.

Why not government fix the minimum wage anywhere in India to be 7500 or even 10000 so that one is able to pay for his needs. All enterprises must follow wherever there is an employer employee environment (of course exclude maid servants and flat watchmen). I mean it only for young and fresh from school and college. You can expant the concept like minimum wage of Rs 5000 for school pass, 7500 for ITIs and 10000 for graduates and diploma holders. In japan minimum wage is 1,80,000 Yen

the person who would be working in mining sector should be given basic training, as traditionally done. with that, he should be provided with job security and supportive incentives of insurance, eduction for there children (with mid-day meals facility), cheap grocery at ration store, etc. with that the person should be encouraged to do the job with full empathy, make them realize the need of him to the country, not just the man in that particular field, but also in every sector.

Obc
