The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, ...

The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

सेमिस्टर पैटर्न की नई परीक्षा पधत्ति :- यह तो एक महान दिव्य काम है, आय.टी. आय विद्यार्थी, आय.ए.एस / सी.इ.टी जैसी यह परीक्षा दे रहे है | ओ.एम्.आर ( ऑप्टिकल मैग्नेटिक रीडर ) शिट विद्यार्थीयो को दी जाती है बेचारे हमारे आठवी कक्षा, दसवी कक्षा पास विद्यार्थीयो को इस दिव्य से गुजरना पड रहा है | इंजिनियरिंग ड्राइंग का पेपर भी उन्हें बिना पेंसिल रबर उपयोग में लाके देना पड़ता है | वाह हँसी आती है यह तमाशा देख कर |

: आय. टी. आय. दयनीय हालात पहले हम गर्व से कहते थे, ७०% प्रैक्टिकल और ३०% थ्योरी , आज उलटा हो गया है, दो साल के बाद इन बच्चो के पास कम स्किल होने के वजह से इन्हें इंडस्ट्री में नही लिया जाएगा | जैसे इन्हें सेंटर ऑफ़ एक्स्सल्लंस, जिस स्कीम पर करोड़ो रूपये खर्च किये गए थे, आज दुर्भाग्यवश बंद करनी पड़ी है | वैसे ही डर है की ४-५ सालो में कही आय.टी.आय हमें बंद न करना पड़े |

आय. टी. आय. की गंभीर / खस्ता / दयनीय हालात सेमिस्टर पैटर्न :- संकल्पना अच्छी है, लेकिन स्किल को टुकडो में बॉट सकते है ? पहले दो साल के कोर्स में ९-१० बार परीक्षाए ली जाती थी, रिवीजन लगातार होते रहती थी, लेकिन आज सेमिस्टर खत्म सब खत्म, टीचर को syllabus खत्म करना है | १० दिन x ४ सेमिस्टर अंत परीक्षा में जा रहे है | कहा स्किल दे पा रहे है हम बच्चो को ? बच्चा पास होना है तो हमें थ्योरी, गणित, चित्रकला इन विषयों पर ही ज्यादा ध्यान देना होता है |

आय. टी. आय. की गंभीर / खस्ता / दयनीय हालात वास्तव में इतने सालो में जो बदलाव धीरे धीरे उसमे आने चाहिए थे अचानक से आँधी की तरह बदलाव लाने की कोशिशे की जा रही है | किसीको कोई चिंता नहीं है, की आज जो निर्णय हम आय.टी.आय पे थोप रहे है उसका भविष्य में (दूरगामी) असर क्या होने वाला है | दो- चार लोग बैठ के निर्णय ले रहे है | जमीनीस्तर पर क्या प्रश्न है, उन्हें कैसे सुलझाया जाये, किसीको कुछ पड़ी नही है, आये दिन नये नये निर्णय थोपे जा रहे है |

प्रति माननीय नरेन्द्र मोदी जी प्रधान मंत्री भारत सरकार विषय : आय. टी. आय. की गंभीर / खस्ता / दयनीय हालात महोदय यह पत्र मै इसलिए लिख रहा हुँ के अभी जो अधिकतम आय. टी. आय . की हालात है, वह बहोत ही चिंताजनक है और आपका जो स्किल डेव्हलपमेंट का सुंदर सपना है, श्रेष्ठ भारत का जो सपना है उसे चूर चूर कर देनेवाली हालात आज पैदा कर दी गई है| १९५६ से यह सी.टी.एस ( C.T.S ) की स्कीम भारत सरकार चला रही है, उद्देश यही है की भारतीय उद्योग जगत को कुशल मनुष्यबल मिले |

People have lost confidence . It is not the issue that they are skilled or unskilled . If we take a look at local level in india we find different kinds of problems they face in their social life . Which directly affects their mentallity

आज देश के 80% रेलवे स्टेशन पर खराब पानी मिलता है। और बोतल बँद पानी धड्ले से 20 रूपये लीटर में बिक रहा है। मेरा मानना है की करोड़ो रूपये की लागत से बने रेलवे स्टेशन पर क्या 3-4 लाख रूपये और लगाकर 30-40 RO water फ़िल्टर नहीं लगाये जा सकते। आप कह सकते है की इनका maintenence महंगा हो जायेगा तो मेरा तर्क है की क्या इन RO के पास में दान पात्र रखा जा सकता है। मुझे पूरा विशवास है की मेरे भारत वर्ष की दानवीर जनता 1-2 रूपये करके daily इतना पैसा तो डाल ही देगी की जितने से इन RO का daily maintenence हो सके। इससे न केवल जनता को मज़बूरी में पानी 20 रूपये लीटर खरीदना पड़ेगा बल्कि साथ ही प्लास्टिक बोतलों से पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान से देश को मुक्ति मिल जाएगी।

Before sworn as Chief Minister of West Bengal Miss Mamata Banerjee and her party wrote me many times and requested me to help her and I did it but as soon as she sworn as chief Minister she started ignoring me .I expected different out look from BJP leaders and Ministers but I am really disappointed .

What is role of My Government ? Is it not the Government of celebrities ( similar to Congress Government ) and reputed people ? As I am ordinary citizen , I have been ignoring whereas the so called Government of people giving much importance to some tainted celebrities and some ex-tainted Ministers . I have much doubt whether India is really democratic country or country of celebrities and rich businessmen ????????????????????????????????????

I am asking our noble Government that as I am an ordinary citizen of India , will I be always ignored by Honorable and Respectable Ministers and BJP leadership ? I think reputed Congress leaders ( even some of them are corrupted and tainted ) are more important than us ( as we are ordinary citizens of India ) to noble BJP leadership and noble Ministers of BJP .
