Some cities in UP and Bihar must be selected for industrial development and center should provide fund for 24-hr dedicated electricity, water and urban planning. These cities must be developed as model township for investment and see the result in 5-10 years.

As for the rivers of this country is concerned there is huge encroachment and often its course gets changing. I suggest to appoint an independent 'River Boundary Security Commission' in the line of EC or CAG which will demarcate the fine river bank and put pillars and construction or encroachment along a certain distance must be checked. It will ensure safety and preserve-ration of the river. Otherwise, district collectors have not time to look after it, i have experienced it.

In the mining sector the first people should train about the safety inside the mines and management should keep eye over the safety on mine workers and they should be well equipped and wear a mask on the face to avoid the serious breathing problems.
