The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sir, firstly Government should provide proper training to small mine owners regarding mine safety, pollution control, humanly behaviour with workers etc with the help of NGOs like Jci, Rotary club. Then concerned department should organise competition amongst them to win awards in this aspect. I think this will help in bringing awareness in small mine owners.

What Pritesh Vyas says is true. The private sector in education is to brought under some rules and regulation regarding payment,leaves..etc.

Sir, A teacher is regarded as the mentor of country's future but the condition of teacher is very pathetic in private universities of our country. There are several issues which mainly includes, Irregularity in Salaries, Delaying the payment of salaries, no benefits of D.A., H. R. A., leaves, Medical allowance, no research, even no appointment letter etc. I want you to please look into the matter and take strict action to resolve these issues so as to promote teaching profession/skills in youth

Mining management / company is carelessly dealing with requisite skill traits because since very beginning they have been in habits of ignoring skill traits.It is suggested that there should be structured incentive planning. To start with, at first socio-economic survey has to be carried out to know the actual condition of the people working in the miming area but as per my personal eperience the ondition is very pitiable because mining company does not bother them. So, as per the out come of the survey report, the remedial action should be taken to design proper incentive structure. Hence, it is suggested that Govt. of India led by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji should issue necessary directives to tackle such condition to go for proper incentive structure.to further develop requisite skill traits.

Dear Sir If you please inspect the conditions of Lukhdhirji Engineering College of Morbi I would very pleased to you. What I wanted is to upgrade the infrastructures, faculties and all the aspects which a technical college require. Most of the students who comes from different parts of the country are there with a full hope for becoming a good Engineer but by seeing the qualities of the College they feel very upset. With a vehicle moving from one sate to other, need to get NOC from RTO, then re-register in the vehicle in other state RTO with road tax. But the amount we have paid in previous RTO for road tax, we never get back due to lack of co-ordination between RTOs. In my professional career i have changed 6 states. Each time i am changing states, i have to pay at RTO the road tax. If some thing can be done centrality to monitor the movement so that the common people will not suffer.
