The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Respected Sir, the growing tendency of women education in words is no doubt a well versed statement but still there are various places in which women are not aware about their education because of male dominated society and for its vogues. thats why the women literacy is what is less than the expectation. i especially, therefore request to HRD Ministry to look into the matter and make those women literate by specially announcing for them a compulsory remedial class if possible. Thanking You...

Strong punishment for the guilty and strong reword for the good worker without any political bias can make any govt sector much better.every decision should be under a workflow and SLA(service level agreement) based.so no clerk can keep a file pending for bribe or no Administrative officer can just hold something for infinity without showing any reason.and all the workflow must be public domain information so that any one can track progress on any decision where it is pending etc
