The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Please make mandatory published requirement of quality, operation and maitenance of all public infrastructures like roads, toilets and buildings before acceptance of the project. Documents shall be available to public and Major quality and physical parameters shall be put on hoarding/boards on the site. We create low quality infrastucture without proper project/quality management and further we do not maintain it properly. like dust shall be cleaned from the roads as done in developed countries

Sir, Ref : Speech at Madison Square,to provide every Indian, with his/her own house I like to suggest an idea that An individual can have only 1 residential property in 1 city . He should NOT be allowed to buy SECOND residential property on his or her name.but he can buy other type of property. This will stop the property prices in residential areas, accordingly it will be become affordable to individual. It will motivate the investor/developers to invest in other city major/metro cities.

Namaste. I am very happy to see young Politicians in Center and Maharashtra State and believe we are in good hands now. But I would like to note my observation of the present team: In order to ensure Healthy and Robust Bharat, we need our Ministers to be HEALTHY following regular Excercise regime and healthy Food Habits. I would realy appreciate if special efforts are taken to ensure that my Bharat's future is in hands of YOUNG HEALTHY team. Thank you.

How long do this govt want India can sacrifice merit. Urgent review of reservation system. There are regular additions. Time to add deletions also. . Move govt job conditions in line with private sector jobs Continuation of govt jobs from one gen to next has to go. If personal taxation cannot be made zero, high time wealthy agricultural income to be taxed. ( start with ownership of land say 10 acres) Last when shall this government implement law in unbiased and human manner

We need to include variable pay element incentive based on productivity and offer in-house training modules for corresponding Skill traits. Thus we support skill enhancement as well give incentive for higher performance. Higher the productivity higher is the variable pay.

Dear Prime Minister Saheb, Block Development Officer (BDO) is the post in our country, with not much glamour for officers. However, by empowering and encouraging young, fresh officers on this post can make radical change in developing rural India. Most of the BDOs feel that they are on the post as if on apprenticeship, and the job is for time-pass till they get the desired promotion. Provided an opportunity, I can submit a draft plan for empowering and encouraging BDOs.
