People who work on shop floor are not well educated as experts working in the same field.
Training should be given for tools and tackles used & Best worker should be rewarded monetarily.
Safety and 5s culture should be woven and should be rewarded by higher executives in the sector for motivation.
Should be given monetary rewards for every small modification they do during their routine jobs KAIZEN for personal interest.
Small incentives for Quality circle,6 sigma can be recognised & rewarded.

The Prime Minister
We urgently need a CEO only for the Mumbai district which is independent of the polictial interference and reporting directly to the Prime Minister office for the infrastructure development of Mumbai which is currently in shambles.
If we have to grow as a nation then its imperative that the infrasrtucutre of the financial capital of India grows multifold. The money for the basic infrastructure like road, water etc is already with the BMC but the money is being misused.

All Govt. Schools should give one room after school timimng where any person can log in register what he want to learn and Volunteer may be found to cater what major people want to learn, In this way school may become platform for not only learning but social engineering.

I think in NPS scheme employees working in Pvt sectors having EPF Facilty should also be given chance to invest. This will help in two ways more savings and investments and more security to the concerned person. Reason is sometimes it happens that employee is covered in EPF in one organization but when he/she leaves and joins another he is not covered. So the scheme should include all on voluntary basis. This will help large section of employed people in country both in pvt and govt sectors.
