The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Live employment is the real skilling agent. Employers should be subsidized to encourage hiring unskilled talent and imparting sustainable skill to them. The employers can use this benefit to pass on higher starting salaries to unskilled talent hired by them. This brings two benefits. Firstly, actively promotes employment, and secondly, helps impart real life skills that are actually required by employers.

respected sir, the biggest challenge is motivating people to manage their waste the only solution is from now on all new houses should be constructed with a garden and old houses should be motivated to have terrace gardens where the kitchen waste is used as bio-fertilizer in that case tonnes of waste is already consumed in that house only and the empty spaces under the flyovers can be used as resource centres where plastic and all other waste is sent to recycling units

sir i heard a economist say that to get back all black money back to india the only way is not taking any legal action and make them deposit the amount in india itself for low interest rate may be 2% or 3% because in swiss banks i heard they will have to pay money in return to deposit. also they should all promise to the indian govt that they will not do it in future. black money is generated where the rules and regulaiotions are tough their money can be used as long term loan by govt for low in

Sir Garib ka bikash tabhi hoga jab, kisaan ka bikash hoga kyo ki sabse jada sankya garibo mein kisaan ki hi hei, or vikash karne ki sabse jada sambhawna bhi kisan ki hi hei... ...Is liye yadi aap chahte ho ki desh vikash kare to, kisano ka bikash jaroori hei,Sarkaar ko kisano k liye krishi ki jankari v pashu palan ki jankari wale tv chenal suru karne chahiye taaki kisaan ko takneeki jankariya mil sake or chota sa chota kisan bhi pashu palan or krishi dwara jivika uparjan ker sake.
