The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sir , Due to the reservation system government is once again caste system has been given a boost n the society. People those who qualify big exams like iit jee, gate, etc., do not get seats and jobs just because they were last in their category and people with less than half of their marks get better education and best jobs just because they belong to that category which is listed as SC, ST or OBC. By doing this u r once again government is trying to bring that huge gap between people of INDIA

Dear Sir, I dont know if u will read it or not. There is almost a 99.99% chance that this topic will never come up to the people of India as we have so many bigger issues like money, cleanliness and health. But Sir , I want to talk something about reservations prevalent in our educational system and government employment sector. My question is straightforward, to the point-" When are you going to end this reservation system ? "

Mohsin sheikh of pune was killed because of no fault, merely because he was sporting a beard. The P.M should have condemned the incident. No strict action was taken against the organisation responsible. The first responsibility of P.M is to ensure safety of its citizens, then comes vikas. A fasting employee was forced fed by sena mp's . No words from P.M. The country cannot move forward unless minorities and B.C's are taken along.

As the Govt is ensuring all archaic laws are scrapped, I have one suggestion. The employees of the Public Sector were banned from participating in political activities through orders in the 80's. This order needs to be scrapped as this ensures that some of the best available Engineers and other talents working in the hinterlands are kept away from Nation Building

and not inviting the Prime Minister of own country has disturbed the feelings of lot of Indians. I feel sorry for calling him "TRAITOR" and request him to reconsider his decision not to invite our Prime Minister, so that a good message is gone outside that we all Indians are standing as "ONE" and United.

The Incharge of any religious community or a religious centre have great responsibility to show that he loves every human being and is patriotic. I am remembering the words of Dr. Abdul Kalam Ji"No doubt we should be honest, but our deeds should also show that we are honest". I personally do not have any doubt that Shahi Imam is not patriotic. On no. of occasions, he has acted like patriotic, but inviting the Prime Minister of Pakistan, which is indulged in enemy activities with India (cont..)
