The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

To make the Clean India mission successful youth (in fact every people) have become very vigilant, now they need a little support. for the same I think if gov. could manage to provide even a small dustbin along with the street light, i believe this would bring a revolution. because if one is eating something while walking and when he finished he has to through the packet in that case he is helpless to through the same on the road or roadside and if the dustbin is there definitely he would use.

Honorable PM we should have better skill development center in each village for the poor and average students who are drop out from the school, the bright students somehow will go to the mainstream but students who fail in 1th std or 12 th or degree . or just pass, they are not able to find the job and will be suffering,if we provide them technical school like training in welding, electricians, agricultural working tools manufacturing and also to create skill development for girls in each villa

Skill devlopment should start from basics. First modi Sarkar should invest adiquet time to give respect to profession of teaching. Entrance exams like NET, SET should be scrapped. A good communicator can be a good teacher. What India needs is a good values to be enbibed right from the childhood along with the knowledge. The benefits of reservation in education is still not reaching to the adivasi and the poor sections of the society. Modi sir, pls look into this.

The skill training for mining sector should be integrated with mining lease agreement. Total number persons to be trained can be linked to size of mines. the same should be subjected to annual review on self declaration basis provided a detailed training calendar along with types of training are submitted by the company to authorities.

This independent body will escalate against these tender given contractors and they must be punish. For govt should also setup a timeline before that any damage will happen these contractors should be responsible for maintenance. Let's say within a period of 2 years of a state road construction.
