In vedic age yogies did yoga to attain motcha..Those who do yoga should control five senses..Yoga ends with Pranayama.. Life force is linked with breathing. Long breath leads to long life. Breathig thro nostrils is possible in 5 ways,. Controlling left to right & right to left is done by everyone tapping nostrils by fingers when doing Pranayama. I am the ONLY PERSON, doing Pranayama controlling breath in all 5 ways without tapping nostrils. At 75,I feel healthy as a boy of 12..

Every year a large number of foreign students especially from underdeveloped/developing countries are taking admissions in Universities/Institutions in India. Indian Embassies/High Commissions in abroad should take more proactive role to attract more students in India in Pvt.Universities besides Govt.Universities as many of them are competent enough both in quality of education and infrastructure wise.

Regarding the IHC, New York: The place is so mis-managed that the people who visit the embassy for some official work are harassed to say the least. To get some documents signed , people have to wait for long queues and in this age it just seems that there is a lot of scope for improvement.

Regarding the IHC, London: First, information given on the website should be unambiguous and consistent. Photo services should be provided on site. Also, some logic should be applied for services. For example, birth registration and passport services should be provided together, seeing as any baby needing an Indian birth certificate will need a passport. Embassy staff are polite and accommodating.
