I contacted the high Commission India, london and Birmingham.
Their service is very poor. I asked to speak to the head of mission
The staff are scared to give it to him.
They donot pick the phones and e-mail service is poor.
No one cares as no cats to supervise them.
I wanted phone no of the head of Mission.
British national should be given on spot visa in India like Dubai

Lot of countries treat disrespectfully Indian Migrants, Workers, Tourists etc. In some cases they also unlawfully reject visas/deport Indians. Indian embassies should have a one website for all countries and a helpline for Indian's abroad who can contact the embassy and get legal help to resolve such issues while abroad. & Make it a point that Indians are treated respectfully overseas. Regards

when an australian citizen lands in India, his mobile gets an sms informing him of australian embassy helplines in india, nos for routine queries, for emergencies etc. he is connected throughout his stay in this country and made to feel that his country ( i.e Austrailia ) cares . Cant the same be done for Bhartiya citizens travelling abroad. Our passports are routinely seized by all employers in the Gulf and we made to work as bonded serf labourers. Modi govt.not aware of this ?

I put up a suggestion in the case of Haj pilgrimage of Muslims.Seats avialable after govt. haj quata, the balance seats should be given to the pilgrims on Tatkal basis. By doing this Govt. can accrue all the profit, now cornered by prive operatos.

The way Indians are treated in foreign embassies both behaviourly and finacially should be taken care by Indian Govt. Anything which influences Indian should be under Indian Govt. But foreign embassies demand hefty amounts of money for even lightest services and treat Indians as someone from footpath. Indian Govt should look into it.
