From 7th to 9th February the Ministry of External Affairs is organising the Conference of Heads of Mission, which would be addressed by the Prime Minister.

Inputs are required from our diaspora on the following issues:

(A) What additional services would you like the Indian Embassies to provide you?

(B) Tell us things that should be introduced in the Indian Embassies that enhance your connectivity with India.

( C ) What are the services that can be further improved at the Indian Embassy in your respective countries?

(D) Share your positive experiences at Embassies of other countries, be it in terms of services, experience, facilities etc.

We lead the IT revolution in the world. But look at the websites of our Missions Abroad. Pathetic in one word, mostly. A task force of Pros to be set up to go thro the websites of MEA/Missions of various countries, pick out the best practices and integrate into our websites. First level is Standardization. If we have 100 websites of Missions - all 100 of them are structured in their own way. Is this the way to go? Standardization is the KEY. Simple and straightforward for the users and MEA.

Any system put in place goes waste if there is no proper enforcement. In Indian Missions abroad can consider providing a dedicated emailid (with a name - not some term@MEA) direct to a dedicated officer at MEA India HQ who can receive traceable complaints/feedback and act on it. Missions can be graded on the complaints received and rectified.Feedback has to be seriously acted upon. Indian Missions can have a message board highlighting useful feedback received & how it has been implemented.

Hi: Most of the diaspora would not have or have to think hard to remember positives about Indian Missions abroad.Wonder if the Indian Missions are kept that way and the people there behave that way because they want to give a "feeling of home" abroad. More than increasing the service spread, have to look hard at the service levels. There is a distinct lack of training in people skills and soft skills. Bottomline is friendliness and 'genuine' willingness to be helpful.

Team Please take some right step to help my My Father, he is 61 years old and did not get his salary from last 5 years in Bihar already case file in Patna High court case no: Case No is: CWJC 2468/2012, CWJC 10065/2011, he get judgement on Nov_04_2014 in his faver and court ask to release his all dues salary but till the time he did not get his salary, Deputy Director Sri Suresh Chowdhary, make a stay of that order even taking salary of his fundamantel fight below is complaint no forward to Pg.p
