My experience with Indian embassy in was really a good one. I went with the impression that the services would be like the one in India . Renewal and response for passport delivery was much quicker than India. Modiji why do we have to wait for hours in queue just to handover passport for renewal in india when it can be done in few minutes outside the country. We really need to improve quality of these services especially in India .

Respected pm sir A very good morning

I like to bring one to your notice about one issue in malaysia.I see some many indians coming here with out valid visa and staying illegal and here malaysia immigration dept is harassing them alot,so it will be better if we control this or else our indian embassy should take care of these people to send back to india and shouldnt allow them back to malaysia.Like this i see so many issues where indians doesnt have contact of embassy to report.

As a sailor I experienced that when the ship berths in a port usually after long periods of sailing and anchor the most of the private ports a lot of restrictions for shore leaves while few does not permit. Sailors after long voyage loves to go ashore.

Namaskaram, Let's start a simple automated service of welcoming Indians in foreign country with a welcome SMS and key contact number of embassy. This will create a feel of connectivity and assurance that we are there for you .. don't worry. I am in South Korea and would love to have some initiatives from our Embassy for Indian education setup in terms of CBSE or ICSE board, mainly for employees with short term contract. Pranams. Vikram

In my opinion, services should be more digital and improve service standard by probably contracting it to third party. Starting from small things like if we see India visa copy which is stamped on passport is of way poor quality compared to other western countries and services definitely need improvement - I would focus on 2 important to improve standard and reduce cost - Contract to third party to handle backoffice work/calls (24 hrs services) Organized Complaint Management System
