Indian embassies worldwide manage active database of Indians abroad and engage in two-way communication to share problems in foreign countries and provide guidelines/ knowledge-bank/ logistics. UK TV & media always publish negative story about India which should be handled strongly (No VISA to such media persons in future, black-list them and process legal case so that they fear before publish). Also, foreigners should see Indians with high respect and continuous communications needed.

Dear Sir, President Obama has recently signed immigration Executive Actions DAPA/DACA, that will provide Work Permit and social security card to 450000 undocumented Indians in USA. We need NEW Indian Passport and important required documents from our Indian Embassy & Consulates in USA to apply for DAPA in MAY 2015. MOST COUNTRIES AND THEIR CONSULATES/EMBASSY HAVE ALREADY STARTED HELPING THEIR UNDOCUMENTED CITIZENS IN USA, BUT NO HELP FROM INDIA MORE DETAILS https://www.facebook.com/indians4ID

Please look at improving the standard of customer service in HCILondon. I have heard complaints from people saying they were treated rudely. Please ask high commissioner to make a secret visit during office hours. Unfortunately, Indian people are at the receiving end most of the time. Customer service improvement should be looked in to. You can politely say no to make a person feel happy rather than rudely say yes.

Dear sir, I feel that should be one more wing in every Indian embassy to help promote trade in every country. Embassies should have information on the local trade areas of the respective countries and also details of any opportunities that can increase globalisation.

OCI stamp on new passports. OCI is lifelong visa. But when we get a new passport ( after age of 50 years), we are expected to get new passport stamped with OCI. But the process of OCI stamping on new passport is similar to applying for new OCI which takes 3 months. Existing OCI applicants should get new stamp in new passport quickly as I see no reason to re-investigate a lifelong visa. Hope this OCI process for existing OCI holders will improve.

In Canada, they have given contract to BIS. They are changing rule at very frequently. They wants know first how you enter into Canada. They considered all people as a refugee claimant in Canada. They don't have respect for their own people. On one instant they show me fine print " we can ask any document" written under the document check list.

Also, the consulates should have the records for documents that they have issued. My husband was asked to provide his citizenship renunciation certificate for obtaining a visa. Unfortunately, we misplaced that document. The consulate should however have a record that they have granted us a renunciation certificate and not ask for it each time we apply for a visa.

My experience at Frankfurt Consulate was very nice. I visited there for PCC letter and unlike any Indian govt. offices they delivered within specified time. It took just 5 hours to complete the whole process. I was overwhelming with their attitude towards work and customers. It would be great to see the similar work culture in every govt. offices.
