From 7th to 9th February the Ministry of External Affairs is organising the Conference of Heads of Mission, which would be addressed by the Prime Minister.

Inputs are required from our diaspora on the following issues:

(A) What additional services would you like the Indian Embassies to provide you?

(B) Tell us things that should be introduced in the Indian Embassies that enhance your connectivity with India.

( C ) What are the services that can be further improved at the Indian Embassy in your respective countries?

(D) Share your positive experiences at Embassies of other countries, be it in terms of services, experience, facilities etc.

- Indian Embassy should frequently organize get together functions of Indian origins and can take their views/helps to improve relationship/image in respective countries. - Indian Embassy should act as bridge between Indian origin abroad and Indian government, they are part of us only. - Indian Embassy should help Indians visiting respective countries to explore future business opportunities, can provide up-to-date information on their portal. Portal should be user friendly.

Namasthe, The main issues are 1.paperwork for each service is too much and unscientific. for example check OCI application or renewal documentation. It is easier to renew US visa /passport than Indian pp/OCI.solution is..After applying online,select only 2 key documents for verification that's it. Remove attestations/affidavits. make it faster ,simple 2.Unfriendly service/lack of willingness to help by embassy.. So,Implement feedback collection and implementation process monitored regularly

ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕರ ರೈತರು ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಯಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೆರ ಮಾರುಕಟೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಯಿಸಬೇಕು

Use the Indian citizens’ resident in the foreign countries as a resource and not a group to be administered remotely. Create a citizen desk for citizen affairs in the embassies and above all be friendly to the Indian citizens, remember they have left their homeland and need to be in touch with their culture. Be a bridge between the citizens and India. Play a greater role in technology collaboration and research. Be an orm of the government that gathers intelligenc on latest innovation and trend

Embassies should have: 1. Fortified Commerce Sections. 2. Indian Firms must be Registered & Monitored via Respective Embassy Company KYC & Proceeding Business Activities. 3. Commerce Section needs to be more ProActive to Market Research / Local Business Data Requests from Indian Companies. 4. B2B Matchmaking Events must be organized more frequently. 5. All communication between Companies & Embassy should be via Dedicated Secure eCommunications. 6. TAT (Turn Around Time) should be fixed.

On bussiness Embassy must help Indian companies to regster to Local organisation Example we have few good shipyard,but many organisation Middle East is not registering our shipyard,due to past experience, embassy must have commercial officer or bussiness unit who will help Indian comanies to register to every where,but to do that we must have rating about our comanies,who is good who is bad

I live in dubai, full City is clean ,if you go to consulate ,it is not maintained, consulates arre reflect our country, why consulate general is not interested keep premises clean and spike,he must take round and make sure all clean and so that we are proud of our country

We can also help our nationals who have no education and working to earn their living and being exploited by agents ( locals & at home in India) are charging hefty amount against arranging work visa, made servant visa and leave them in the sea of world without any support & help and they land in jail for years specially poor women.Also hard Indian Currency is being smuggled by people and sold in open exchange which causes a huge loss to our currency internationally.

sir, aap ki government ke liye sirf H L jaisi aikmaatra ghatiya hatiyaar aur DRDO ke kaam karne ke tareke ko viksit karne ke liye sirf yahi company kyu aur tarah se jo , aaj comptition ke daur me kaam karna chati hai unhe kyu nahi ? jaha tak mujhe pata hai indian na to aaj hi aur aage future me bhi talient ki koi kami nahi hogi ,to aakhir aap uska use kub karenge? aaj aap apne hi desh ke PM chune gaye hai. jub desh hi nahi surakshit raega to aap ki saari yoojnaye ki kaam ki rahengi ? sochiye?

Few points 1. Make many service online so embassy rush can be reduced 2.make proper appointment system 3.make online form fill able type,if go to BSL WEB non of the form is fillable type 4.make sure every one registered with consulate and communicate with community the changes in rule, 5.do not give Indian holiday in abroad, only local holidays Basically if make all digital 90% problem solved
